You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account and API keys
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate account information
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any reason, including violation of these terms.

Rate Limits

• Free tier: 1000 requests per 15 minutes
• Monthly validation limits apply based on your plan
• Bulk validation limited to 1000 emails per request

Prohibited Uses

• Reverse engineering the validation process
• Sharing or reselling API keys
• Automated abuse or testing of the service
• Using the service for spam or harassment

• Free tier includes 50,000 monthly validations
• Credits can be purchased in advance
• Unused credits do not expire
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

We strive to maintain:

• 99.9% service uptime
• Average response time under 300ms
• Regular service maintenance and updates

Service interruptions may occur for maintenance or updates. We will provide advance notice when possible.

Email addresses submitted for validation are:

• Processed in cache and not stored permanently in cache
• Stored temporarily in logs for debugging purposes
• Not used for any purpose other than validation
• Protected by industry-standard security measures

EmailKit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or data

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via:

• Service dashboard notice
• Website announcement

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
